Frequently Asked Questions:

Why does my child need OT?

Most children have trouble with everyday activities - dressing, brushing teeth, sitting for meals, eating with utensils, sleeping through the night, riding a bike or writing.

When these struggles become daily and overwhelming, OT can help. Occupational therapists are trained in the sensory and motor systems that are fundamental to many complex skills, regulation and participation.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not take insurance, however a super bill can be provided to submit to health insurance for out-of-network service claims.

How long are OT sessions?

Clinic-based sessions are 50 minutes.

Telehealth sessions are available in 30 or 60 minute increments.
